The word hatha means willful or forceful. Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures), and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones.

This is a class for all moms-to-be. There will be gentle variations on traditional yoga postures that specifically benefit the needs of pregnant women.

A slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or more per pose is typical.

A form of yoga that is designed specifically for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility and coordination.
